The bottom layer of this cake is a decadent house-made chocolate brownie. Secondly, there is an inner circle layer of our classic raspberry sorbet, to provide a sharp and refreshing element. Above that lays our rich chocolate gelato. 
A 55% dark chocolate shell encases these elements. Surrounded by an Italian meringue outer layer, and formed into an iconic baked Alaska look, torched until uniquely golden.
