First layer is a Gianduja gelato rippled with a hazelnut pepita fudge. 
 
Second layer is a hazlenut (semifrado) gelato. 
 
Outer shell is a hazelnut and wafer chocolate fudge, with chopped hazelnuts scattered throughout. 
 
Boom. That's it. Basically a giant, cold, Fererro Rocher.
